Reaching out with love and support can help bridge that feeling of being on an island, since pregnancy loss is not acknowledged in society in the same ways as other types of grief, even though the grief is just as strong.

Each box includes five items reflective of coping with grief, specific to the loss of a pregnancy, and addressing self care with an option to include a handwritten notecard.
